Shipping within Australia

We use a combination of Australia Post and other courier companies for our deliveries.

We are currently experiencing some slight delays with some of our carriers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to keep you informed of any updates.

You will be provided with tracking details once your item has been posted.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Pandora Designs is unable to deliver to a Parcel Locker address.

If the wrong address has been entered, Pandora Designs is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Pandora Designs within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks.

Shipping to the USA - 

Our shipping fees do not include import taxes and duties. Some countries charge goods and services tax and/or import duties which you will need to pay once your item arrives to your country. All payments of taxes and duties are your responsibility and are ordinarily calculated by the value of your order. Orders will not be refunded if you choose not to pay the applicable duties and taxes.

Please check the import taxes and duties for your country prior to completing your purchase.
